Return & Refund Guidelines

At Trulaluu, we are committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience. If our products don’t meet your expectations, we offer options for a return, replacement, or refund under certain conditions.

By placing an order with Trulaluu, you agree to our terms and policies. Please review them to ensure your request can be processed and approved.

Every Trulaluu product comes with a 365-DAY WARRANTY starting from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team at info@trulaluu.com with the subject line: RETURN + ORDER NUMBER. If the subject line is not used, it may delay processing your request.

Important: Include your order number and a photo or video explaining the reason for your return.


Return & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns are accepted only within 100 DAYS from the delivery date.
  • The product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Physically damaged or broken products will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

If your request is submitted after the 100-day period, or if the above conditions are not met, your request will not be processed, and your support ticket will be closed.


Product Replacement Policy

Your Trulaluu product is protected by a 365-DAY WARRANTY covering internal or software defects.

To request a replacement, contact our support team, and we will respond within 24 hours.

Replacement Eligibility:

  • Replacements are available only within 14 DAYS from the delivery date.
  • Physically damaged or misused products are not eligible for replacement.

Once verified, your replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Requests outside the 14-day period or that do not meet the criteria above will not be accepted.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the speed of our order processing, we may not be able to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. However, you can contact us to see if adjustments are possible.

This includes requests such as:

  • Product changes
  • Shipping or billing address modifications
  • Adding items to your order
  • Adjustments to shipping methods
  • Applying discount codes

Trulaluu is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Refunds will not be issued for such cases. Please verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.


Returned & Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or refusal of delivery, you may choose to have it reshipped at no additional cost or request a full refund.
