Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Trulaluu offers Standard Shipping at $8.99, with FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $50 within Australia. Estimated delivery is 5 to 18 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 12 p.m. AWST, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping starting at $9.99 AUD, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
For added security and priority handling, choose our Express Shipping + Lost Protection + Priority Package option, priced at $11.99 AUD. This option ensures expedited delivery, package loss protection, and priority handling for your order.
New Zealand Shipping
For orders to New Zealand, Standard Shipping is available starting at $5.00 NZD for single items, estimated to arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Express Shipping is available starting at $12.00 NZD for single items, with a delivery timeframe of 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The total shipping charges for multiple items will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping prices are determined at checkout based on the destination. Delivery estimates for our most frequent international destinations are as follows:
- Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination country.
- Customers will be notified of shipping costs and estimated arrival dates at the checkout.
Please note that taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are estimates, and there can be disruptions or delays beyond our control. Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order is dispatched.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed as soon as the online purchase is finalized. Your order will be shipped once the items are available, payment is authorized, and the delivery address is confirmed. Business days exclude public holidays and run from Monday to Friday.
Tracking Your Order
After placing an order with Trulaluu, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. The email will be sent to the registered email address used during checkout. Please note that tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Changing the Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@trulaluu.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Address changes are only possible within a limited timeframe before dispatch.
Order Delays
If there is a delay in the dispatch time of your order, we will promptly inform you and provide an updated estimated delivery date. The priority of delivery depends on the selected shipping method. If your shipment is delayed by the carrier, please contact them directly. We can assist in following up with the carrier to provide more information, but Trulaluu is not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please note that Trulaluu is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process. If your package is lost and you selected the Lost Protection option at checkout, we will cover 30% of the product cost as reimbursement.
